Restorative Yoga:
Reset your nervous system, unravel deep tensions, and fill up your reservoir of health.
This class includes a few minutes of gentle stretch at and breathing at the beginning followed by
supported floor-based restorative postures held for 5-15 minutes each. Includes guided relaxation.
Great for every human, whether overworked, injured, or just appreciating a deep dive into rest. The ultimate antidote to a busy or active lifestyle.
Suggested props:
- 1 bolster/ large couch pillow
- 2 blocks/ smaller pillows
- 1-2 blankets/large bath or beach towels
- eye pillow (optional)
