Release stagnancy, clear stress, balance energy levels, and enliven your spiritual center in this 60 minute class.

Expect dynamic breath-based yoga postures following a traditional sequence to support healthy aging, happy joints, natural strength and flexibility. As always, plenty of options to modify for different mobility and challenge levels. Close with savasana and deep relaxation. 

Class is recorded and sent to all registered participants and available to view for 1 week.
