Gain Mobility - Improve Mental Health - Practice Regularly with others in a supportive atmosphere!
This class offers gentle, mindful stretching, movement sequences, breathing exercises, voice, and meditation supported by soothing live music for elders and others for whom getting up and down from a mat on the floor would be impractical.
Pracitces offered are designed to be seated and/or chair assisted with options to stand.
Students will be encouraged to incorporate what they learn into daily life and to dedicate some time for their own home practice for enhancement of health, well-being, and inner peace.
