In this class, you will be guided to cultivate the wisdom of the heart through gentle practices of flowing, mindful movement blending yoga asanas and movements influence by qigong, taiji. Expect breathing, some gentle chanting, and meditation to enhance awareness, presence, compassion, flow, vitality, peacefulness, ease, balance, mobility, coordination, strength, self-healing, and integration.
